Heavymetalfoes Electrumite is one of the "must-have" Link Monsters in a several Pendulum Decks. It's easy Link Summoning Requirements opens door to many Pendulum Decks such as "Qliphort", "Pendulum Magician (Z-ARC & Sky Arc)", "Mythical Beast", "Zefra", "Majespecter" and more.

When "Heavymetalfoes Electrumite" is Link Summoned player can add 1 Pendulum Monster from their Deck to their Extra Deck face-up what is really good if player has for example. "Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon" who negates activation of Spell/Trap or Monster effect or in "Qliphort" Deck if player has 2 "Qliphort" monsters in their Extra Deck face-up they can then activate Trap Card "Qlimate Change" to add 3 face-up "Qli" monsters from their Extra Deck.

Once per turn, player can target any monster they control and destroy, and if they do, they can add any (1) face-up Pendulum Monster from their Extra Deck to their hand. This part of effect finds great synergy in "Pendulum Magician (Z-ARC)" Decks. "Pendulum Magician (Z-ARC)" Deck players can destroy their "Purple Poison Magician" to add 1 Pendulum Monster from their Extra Deck like "Astrograph Sorcerer", "Chronograph Sorcerer", any "Pendulum Magician" , "Mythical Beast" or "Odd-Eyes" monster or in "Qliphort" Deck player can add any "Qli" monster they need at that moment.
